To assure the security of our service, your money and merchandise we must verify certain information. No personal customer information is ever used for any purpose other than to deliver the products or services you order. We do not and will not sell, loan, lease or give away any of personal customer information (including Email address) to anyone for any reason EVER!
We wont even send you our own advertisements unless you check the box to be subscribed to our news letter.

Computer Care utilizes 265bit data encryption for all secured transactions.  Our Secured Server Verification and Insurance can be found at the bottom of the left navigation bar.

 Charges appear as Computer Care on Statement.
Our credit card payment method meets all PCI & DSS compliance standards and is safe, secure and reliable.

On the occasion of suspected Credit Card Fraud.  All information pertaining to the transaction will be made available to the Credit Cards issuing bank, Our merchant processing company and any and all law enforcement agencies. 

In the event of fraud, abuse, duplication or reproduction of our website, content or images, any and all information gathered will be shared with applicable agencies and agents as Computer Care deems appropriate for enforcement and/or resolution.

In the event a customer should file a fraudulant charge back attempt with the credit card issueing bank, all customer information (with the exception of credit card number) will at that point become a matter of public record and will be sent to the proper reporting agencies.  Computer Care will dispute any and all charge back attempts and the customers information will be required to refute the claims.  All customer information may be turned over to a collections agency for further legal/civil action of any funds due Computer Care as a result of the filing.
Computer Care, at its discreation may refer any and all information to appropriate law enforcement agencies and the U.S. Postal service for investigation and prosecution of Mail Fraud, Wire Fraud, Credit Card Fraud and Bank Fraud.

Use of this website or placing an order with Computer Care constitutes an agreement to this policy.
